The machined blade is made of Sandvik 13C26 for durability, hardness, and excellent corrosion and wear resistance. The handle is 410 stainless steel with G-10 overlays that provide for an extra-secure grip. The Groove's one-handed, index-finger opening design makes it smooth and the system has a unique build up of pressure and then pops open for easy deployment for both left and right-handed customers. There's also a secure frame lock when the blade is open. A removable pocket that can be reversed for tip up or tip down carry is also attached. Designed by custom knife maker RJ Martin, the Groove is characterized by a unique 3-D machined blade with a striated pattern. It also features a dramatic abstract handle that is a signature Martin design.
